Estrogeneration: How Estrogenics Are Making You Fat, Sick, and Infertile

Estrogeneration: How Estrogenics Are Making You Fat, Sick, and Infertile by Anthony G. Jay PhD

Chemicals in our everyday environment mimic estrogens (female hormones) which affect everything from testosterone levels to weight gain, by changing the hormonal balance in our bodies.

Learn what to avoid to try to stay healthy. This is especially important for men, but also for women who want to avoid breast cancer.

One of my long-term ex’s mother had breast cancer and her specialist warned her not to drink tap water because of estrogens, not even plastic bottled water, but glass bottled water (expensive – lucky her female Hypergamy had her marry a rich businessman).

Count Down: How Our Modern World Is Threatening Sperm Counts, Altering Male and Female Reproductive Development, and Imperiling the Future of the Human Race

Count Down: How Our Modern World Is Threatening Sperm Counts, Altering Male and Female Reproductive Development, and Imperiling the Future of the Human Race by Shanna H. Swan PhD

Over the past four decades, sperm levels among men in Western countries have dropped by more than 50 percent and continuing to fall at a rate of around 1.5% per year. If we can’t solve this we are heading towards a dystopian future of infertility like the movie Children of Men. Probably we should ban The Pill – but good luck trying to convince feminist hoes of this since many of them don’t want to have children anyway and don’t really care about society overall.

The End of Gender: Debunking the Myths about Sex and Identity in Our Society

The End of Gender: Debunking the Myths about Sex and Identity in Our Society by Dr Debra Soh

This is not the LGBTQ+ book you might initially think.

It debunks a lot of the nonsense we are fed from the maddening mainstream media and brings back common sense.

There are only 2 sexes since sex is determined by gametes – the reproductive sex cells, sperm and ovum. There is no 3rd intermediate sex, it’s one or the other. Sex depends on which of these two reproductive cells one creates.

The odd genetic defect doesn’t redefine the human species, any more than a guy born with 1 or 3 arms changes that normal humans have 2 arms.

It is quite possible, however, that the pollution described above in Estrogeneration may be causing more defects. The Pill should almost certainly be banned for safety.

Why We Get Sick: The Hidden Epidemic at the Root of Most Chronic Disease and How to Fight It

Why We Get Sick: The Hidden Epidemic at the Root of Most Chronic Disease and How to Fight It by Benjamin Bikman PhD

Insulin Resistance is the root cause of most diseases ranging from cancer and diabetes to heart disease and degenerative brain diseases like Alzheimers.

Avoid sugar as much as possible. Another great resource on this is Dr Eric Berg on youtube.

Why You Eat What You Eat: The Science Behind Our Relationship with Food

Why You Eat What You Eat: The Science Behind Our Relationship with Food by Rachel Herz PhD

Understand your eating habits, how to eat well, and why you get addicted to eating certain foods such as carbs.

I find that the best way to have a good diet is to not start eating junk food, because once I start, I eat it all. Dr Eric Berg on youtube is again a good resource for this as what you eat is strongly related to your health and long-term diseases.

Free Agent Lifestyle: Men’s Guide To Peace, Quiet and Freedom

Free Agent Lifestyle: Men’s Guide To Peace, Quiet and Freedom by Coach Greg Adams

A stress-free lifestyle is good for your health. The life expectancy gap in men is caused by stress, not testosterone as previously believed. 100 years ago the life expectancy gap between the two genders was only 1 year not 6-7 years, and monks and nuns who have similar lifestyles have similar life expectancies.

This book is about “going your own way” as many relationships with women today extract too much from men and give too little back. In short, many women are too much stress, for too little benefit.

This is a great book to which experienced men will likely nod along recognizing many of the situations and drawbacks described, because it’s true.

I know more and more guys who are swearing off serious relationships after their break ups, avoiding cohabitating ever again, and marriage is pretty much dead in the water, for the reasons in this book and several others found in The Best Men’s Books on Dating & Relationships.

Note – I do not recommend “going your own way” to young men, but it’s definitely more suitable for 40+ divorced / re-single men who’ve already had their children, if they wanted any, and as your libido declines as you age, it frees you from women and allows you to see more clearly.

For young men, you can and should still make an effort with women as your higher testosterone means you need to get laid more often and you may want children (a future blog post will discuss children in depth). Besides, what else do you have to do with all that testosterone leaking out of every pore.
